Our LMS system provides the student with certificate of completion and you, the employer receive monthly reports to track your professional standards training. Most of our online training is available in English and Spanish.
Lastly, pricing. We cater to employers that need just several courses, but do not have to make an investment in their own LMS. As an example an employer in CA must comply with AB 1825, which mandates that an employer with 50 or more employees in CA must provide effective and interactive preventative sexual harassment training to tall supervisors and managers every two years and within six months of being hired.
Let's say you do have 50 employees, but only 10 are supervisors, well with our system, you only need to purchase the necessary courses, not a custom LMS.
Let's do the math. For 10 employees, our on-demand online training courses would cost an employer $399.99 to have 10 supervisors or managers meet the necessary compliance training.
A custom LMS solution starts at $1,500.00 and while we recommend a custom LMS solution; it is only recommended for employers with 250 employees or more.
